   identifying the best translator/editor/proofreader for the language pair and the project.
2. Glossary and Terminology Development.
3. Translation by a professional translator who is a native speaker of the target
   language.
4. Document Editing by an editor who is a native speaker.
5. Document Proofreading by a proofreader who is a native speaker.

Five-Step Process Details: 1) First our project managersperform an in-depth analysis of your project to obtain a complete understanding of your goals and intent. By focusing on your deadline and budget, your project manager guides the translation process to help you achieve your business goals. 2) The project manager works with a senior translator with legal expertise to develop a glossary of terms, developed within the context of your case, for the most accurate translation. The glossary is then turned into an approved terminology for the translator to use. 3) The native language translator performs a precise rendering of your document(s) into the target language. 4) A seasoned editor completes a word-for-word examination of the entire translated document, confirming its correctness and comparing specific wording against the terminology list for the greatest possible accuracy. 5) A separate proofreader analyzes the entire document for proper formatting, language “flavor,” and consistency of terminology throughout.

Note: Our translators use sophisticated software such as Trados Workbench—a computer assisted translation tool that helps translators create a translation memory and build a glossary and terminology list. This gives you improved continuity and consistency throughout your current project and with future ones, as well. Creating this translation memory also helps to speed up processing your future projects, saving you time and money.
